During a Salt & Pine Home Watch visit, we’re looking for the things that have changed since the last time we were there.
That includes visually checking areas under sinks and around plumbing fixtures for obvious signs of leaks, moisture, or anything else that doesn't look right.
We aren't plumbers, and a Home Watch visit isn't a home inspection. Our role is to notice, document, and communicate.
If we find something concerning, you know about it. From there, we can help coordinate the next steps with you rather than leaving a small problem sitting unnoticed in an empty home.
