Hi, we're Sydney and Ricky—the husband-and-wife team behind Salt & Pine Concierge Co.

Our backgrounds are rooted in hospitality, events, and operations, so taking care of people, managing details, and solving problems has always been part of who we are. I earned my degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management and spent years building a career around service, logistics, and creating thoughtful experiences. Ricky has spent more than a decade in operations, where his attention to detail, consistency, and problem-solving have become second nature.

Salt & Pine grew from wanting to bring those strengths together and apply them to something even more personal — home.

The Grand Strand has always felt familiar to me. I spent part of my childhood splashing in these waters and enjoying life along the coast. My journey took me from California to South Carolina, then Central Florida and eventually Idaho, where Ricky and I met. Returning to the Grand Strand in 2025 to raise our family felt a lot like coming home.

These days, life is pretty simple and pretty full — our two girls, our dog Klaus, and lots of family time. Ricky has discovered a love of fishing, while the girls and I are usually nearby enjoying the beach — and I’m perfectly happy watching with a margarita in hand.

We know how personal it is to trust someone with your home while you’re away. That’s why we want working with Salt & Pine to feel just as personal: you’ll know who is caring for your home, you’ll hear directly from us, and we’ll treat your property with the same attention and respect we’d want for our own.
