Hi, we're Sydney and Ricky, the husband-and-wife team behind Salt & Pine Concierge Co.
After relocating from Idaho to the South Carolina coast, we experienced firsthand the excitement (and challenges)that come with moving, homeownership, coordinating vendors, and settling into a new community. Along the way, we realized there was an opportunity to help others navigate those same experiences with confidence and peace of mind.
Together, we bring decades of experience in event operations, logistics, customer service, project coordination, and problem-solving. Throughout our careers, we've built our reputations on communication, reliability, and making sure every detail is handled with care.
Sydney spent years planning and managing large-scale events, coordinating vendors, overseeing budgets, and helping complex projects come together seamlessly. Ricky's background in operations, dispatch, logistics, and field management has given him a talent for organization, efficiency, and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.
