Last night, while sitting in our very warm South Carolina home waiting for yet another update on our air conditioning system, my husband asked a simple question:

“What would happen if the AC went out and you were gone for months?”

My response was immediate.

If we discover an issue, we document it, notify the homeowner, and help facilitate the next steps according to their instructions.
